Setting up a RefWorks Account

This exercise guides you through setting up an account in RefWorks. When you're finished, you'll be ready to start using RefWorks!

INSTRUCTIONS
You should see the University Libraries Web site in the frame to your right. You must click in the right hand frame in order to interact with the web site.

Please note: If you are unable to access RefWorks using these instructions, contact Ask Us! by using the link on the Libraries web site in the frame to the right or at http://www.lib.umn.edu.

1. Select "RefWorks" from the QUICK LINKS drop down menu on the bottom right-hand side of the Libraries home page. Then click "Go"

2. Click on "Set up a new RefWorks Account"

3. Fill out form, click on "Register"

3. Congratulations! You now have a RefWorks account.
