    Searching the MLA International Bibliography
         Effective MLA search strategies.

    So, now that you have gotten familiar with the MLA International Bibliography, let's get into how to effectively search it. When developing effective search strategies, it is helpful to understand the basics of how MLA is structured and how entries are classified.

    In this lesson, you will learn how to start, conduct, and evaluate effective MLA searches. Keep in mind that this lesson covers strategies specifically for the MLA database. Strategies for conducting research at a general level is discussed in Reseach QuickStudy Module 2.
